What we've been up to… Lately
Wow, it’s been forever since I’ve written anything in the blog. Chalk it up to being swamped with projects… a very good thing. Here’s a little of what we’ve been up to:
- P&O Ports Safety Video
We finished production on a Visitor Safety Training video for P&O Ports North America. We’re very happy with the results, as I’m sure Bill and the rest of the P&O folks are. Lots of cool looking vehicles and machinery always make for good video. - Fastcorp Z-400 Video
We’re currently in the final editing stages for the Fastcorp Z-400 Setup & Operations video. We got to work with one of our favorite actresses, Brooke, and our number 1, camera 2 operator, Danielle. It’s been a heck of a technical edit, but worth it. You’ll have to buy a Z-400 to get a copy though… - The Gutster
Just wrapped on production for the new Gutster Demo-Bar promo video, and launched their new website. If you haven’t seen the Gutster in action, go there now. So far, everyone we’ve shown the Gutster to can’t help but do a Tim Allen imitation (the ape grunting part). We’re editing now, it’s so very cool to watch this thing in action. Remember the name… The Gutster! - Hartz Training Video
We’re also in post on the Hartz internal training video. Who’da thunk there was so much involved in pet products. Wanna see it? First get a job at Hartz in Bloomfield… - TAH Industries, Inc.
We also finished production on the internal safety training video for TAH Industries, Inc. in Robbinsville, NJ. - The Parker at Stonegate
This has been an interesting one. Actually, it’s sort of opened the flood gates for a new specialty for us, we’ll call it “new systems documentation.” The Parker at Stonegate is a new assisted living facility in Piscataway, NJ and we’ve been documenting “tours” of the newly installed systems for them. Things like the Fire Safety systems, the electrical systems, the plumbing systems, etc. Basically creating video manuals for future reference.
We’ve done similar projects for Emiliani Enterprises when they moved into their new facility in Union, NJ, and are currently working on another similar project for The Dome-Tech Group for a building in NYC. Again, we also got to work with our number 1, camera 2 operator, Danielle.
Aside from these, we’ve also just taped the 4th (or 5th) I’ll Have What She’s Having Dance Collective performance at Rider U. last weekend; kept up with the American Repertory Ballet website, and Latus Capital website; put the final polish on a couple of other projects (don’t worry Kathy & CC, we haven’t forgotten about you).
Yeah, we’ve been busy, but what other job can have you shooting flea collars, container ships, and vending machines in the morning, and dance performances that same night? Gotta love this crazed business.
P.S. Happy Pi Day.
